What payment methods do you offer?
We take only the booking payment through our site, the remaining amount is paid at the garage. When you make a booking you will be asked to enter your card details to reserve your slot. We currently charge a 10% booking fee. You will only be charged the remaining amount after the work is completed.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service of the garage?
We hope this never happens but if it does then please get in contact with us directly. Leave us a message on our contact page and we'll sort it out for you.
What makes and models do your garages accept?
We've partnered with the best garages and so you can feel confident that the mechanics on our network work on all car brands and models. They follow the vehicle manufacturers service guidelines per car and can tackle even the toughest car services.
Do I pay in the app or at the garage?
When you book a slot via we ask for a 10% booking fee. Once your service is complete at the garage, the mechanic will ask for the remaining 90%. The price we quote is the total price you pay (including the 10% fee we take). If you would like to know more, message us on our contact page.
How do I know if can offer the best service?
We do our utmost to ensure that our service is of the highest quality. We use service schedules straight from your car's manufacturer to ensure your car is treated with the same care as the main dealer would. Moreover, the mechanics on our network are vetted according their history, qualifications and accreditations.
How do I place a booking?
We take all bookings through our website. After entering your car's registration and mileage, please let us locate your phone or enter the post code of the area where you would like to get your car serviced. Then we'll check the service your car needs and find you nearby garages from which you can choose the most suitable one. Having made your choice, please enter any further details requested and finally confirm your booking (making the payment for the booking fee).
Can you service cars that are still under warranty?
Yes, our garages can do this because they follow the strict service guidelines per each brand and model.
Can I amend my booking?
Yes, we can amend any details of a booking for you, just send us an email if you have changed your mind about what, where or when your car needs work carried out. We can change everything for you, from the date and time to adding more jobs to your booking. Please make sure you contact us 24 hours before the booking starts as we must inform the garages of your amended booking. Send us a message here
Can I book a garage for the same day?
Normally we ask for a two day notice when you make a booking to ensure that we can get you booked in with a garage and be able to provide correct service parts. Remember the earlier you booked, the more likely it is that we will be able to accommodate your booking.
Do I have to go through your website for every job I want to book?
Yes, we take all our bookings through our site. Don't worry, it's super simple and will only take one minute. It enables us to process bookings rapidly and keep costs down for you.
How will garages contact me?
Garages will contact you either by phone via text or through our email system. Our garages will notify you when your car is ready to pick up.
Who is this service aimed towards?
This service is for anyone who has a car in need of servicing. It is not intended for people who are browsing for prices or trying to collate information for personal reference. All pricing shown on the site are live and garages will individually quote as they price their service and labor costs.
Do you offer MOT tests?
Currently we only offer car servicing but will provide MOT tests in the near future.
